I'm Sid — Dr. Siddharth Saxena, a Cloud Advisory and Transformation professional with a PhD in AI in the Service Industry and an MBA. I’m focused on Digital Experience Management (DEX) and Workplace Transformation, bringing deep research and practice to how enterprises adopt agentic AI.

At Accenture, I design Digital Experience Management architectures — analytics, experience scores, XLA setup, and persona-based delivery — for customers across the EU, especially in the ASG region. I also architect Workplace Transformation roadmaps and Managed Services within the Digital Workplace business unit.
